Probabilistic Risk Analysis

  • Perform data analysis using probabilistic techniques such as monte carlo analysis.
  • Estimate degree of risk reduction that could be expected to be achieved through implementation of candidate risk mitigation measures.
  • Analyze PRA results and characterize findings in clear, actionable terms.

Decision-making

  • Work with management to identify key effectiveness measures and develop manager dashboards.
  • Identify critical leading indicators for management action.
  • Develop approaches to utilize normalized and/or trending data.

Information & Data Management Strategies

  • Work with management to identify key information and data needs, including collection strategies.
  • Create data quality control and assurance processes.
  • Develop information integration approaches and customizable data display tools.

Risk-Based Resource Allocation

  • Risk based optimization of resources and resource allocation.
  • Target utilization of resources to maximize risk-reduction.
